These terms cover the conversations and coaching sessions offered by Deanna Kramar trading as Let's Talk ("we", "I") through lets-talk2.me.
What this service is
Let's Talk offers coaching, mentoring and advisory conversations. Sessions are booked and paid for in advance and take place online — by text chat, voice, or video, whichever you prefer.
What this is not. I am a coach and a friendly, experienced listener — not a licensed therapist, counsellor, physician, lawyer or financial adviser. Nothing said in a session is therapy, medical advice, legal advice or financial advice. If what you're carrying needs clinical support, I'll tell you honestly and help you find the right person. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services or call or text 988 (US Suicide & Crisis Lifeline).
Booking and payment
- Sessions are paid in advance through Stripe. I never see or store your card details.
- Session prices are shown on the site at the time of booking.
- The monthly plan renews each month until cancelled. You can cancel any time and you will not be charged again.
Your responsibilities
- You're an adult (18+) using the service for yourself.
- Decisions you make after a conversation are your own. I'll offer perspective and honest input — I can't guarantee particular outcomes.
- Please don't record sessions without asking first. I won't record you without asking either.
Cancellations

Ending things
Either of us can decide this isn't the right fit. If I end it, you'll be refunded for anything paid and not yet used.
